We make everything we sell at home in fabulous Egg Harbor, Wisconsin. It's in Door County and is a pretty great place to live. We have owned a seasonal business for over 25 years. It started out as an antique and gift shop and has evolved into a cafe, confectionery and gift shop(filled with our own handmade items). It's set up in our barn and has been a labor of love for my husband and I since the beginning. In the winter months when our shop was closed, we sold on antiques ebay. Then one day we stumbled upon etsy after we had started making our own items to sell. We started on here with a line of acrylic jewelry but since then have evolved into so much more. Our painted canvas is our favorite thing to create but we are always looking at more ways to expand and grow our store. Our rolling pins were sourced in Martha Stewart Living last Christmas! This year we have added a new line of coffee mugs and are working on T-shirts too! It's hard to reign in the creativity gene and after a long season in our Cafe, we thoroughly enjoy working on our etsy store from home (frequently in our pj's) with a warm cup of coffee by our side.
If you're in the area, you can also find our merchandise in our barn along with our other businesses, The Rusty Tractor Cafe and Naked Cow Confectionery - a great place for breakfast and lunch or some fresh fudge and hand made chocolates. We are hands on in both of these endeavors as well. We wear a lot of hats, it keeps us going a million miles an hour but we love what we do and we do what we love.
